Experience Hilton Head's first Asian-Latin fusion restaurant
Restaurateurs Bill Alberts and Marshall Sampson (of Santa Fe, and The Bank) sought out chef Dave Strosnider and master sushi chef Justin Patton to fully realize the menu. The result is food that embraces culinary traditions and hones the artfulness of mastering their craft through utilizing quality ingredients, a combined 65 years of service experience, and daily practice. All total, Kung Fu Cantina aims to create a delicious and fun atmospheric plate on which guests will feast.
